Scheduling CUE AutoAttendant

Hi, I have a customer who wants to schedule their AA to only accept calls after hours and if some one is not at the reception desk. That is, when a client calls they should hear a ringback first instead of going straight to AA. This way clients will only hit the AA in after hours, weekends, holidays etc.

They are using Communications Manager 5.1 and Unity Express 3.1.1
