CCM 4.1.3 Not able to open the admin page

Hi

We are having 4.1.3 cluster.We are not able to open the admin page frm the Publisher getting ERROR 500 internal server error.i'm able to open the subscriber admin page.

Let me know your suggestions

So you already restarted the IIS service:

C:\utils>iisreset /stop then start?

what happen when you connect remotly to your Publisher and try accessing the admin webpage from there?

I had tried stop/start the IIS.From remote also same status.I had seen in the someother post reffering to some rights for the webserver.I will try to search the same and send you.

Please let me know is any other work around avilable

Today Tac engineer access my CCM machine and he changed the right inside the webserver for CCM folder.
