I have a problem with Ciscoworks 2.5
When I look in the Alerts and activities window, I see a lot of Alerts that I want to clear. The documentation (and my experience with Ciscoworks at another customer) tells me that I can clear an alert by clicking the "Clear" button. The problem is that I don't have a clear button. The only options I have are: Refresh, Suspend, Notify, Acknowledge, and Close. No Clear option...
I'm logged in as Admin, CW is in Non-ACS mode, and from what I know, it's a pretty straightforward CW installation.
Any hints or tips where I can look for?
