I m facing a problem that i am integrating Microsoft UM with Cisco Call manager 5.0, when i have do the test call from microsoft UM to any SCCP IP Phone which is register with callmanager then we have able to make a call. But on other hand when i have place a call from Cisco IP Phone to Voice Mail Pilot no then i have got a busy tone.
And when i have monitor our Call manager Servicies for real Time Monitoring Tool it shows the following error
On Thu Dec 06 18:00:16 IST 2007 on node 10.88.0.55.
Service status is DOWN .
The following service(s) are down: Cisco CallManager,Cisco Messaging Interface.
and when i have check the staus of sevices it shows
Cisco Messaging Interface Active
And even when i have start this service for Control center even after that this service is not starting
Please give suggestion if you have any solution
