I have a Call manager 6.0 and Unity 5.0. I have 17 sites around the country and Mexico and Canada. Each of these sites will have their own auto attendant that will be configured in Unity. Is there a best practice associted with how to set this up efficiently? These sites will obviously be in different time zones and have different languanges. Should the Time of Day be done in Call Manager and then send to Unity, or should it be done in Unity? In either case, I have not seen a clean way of setting it up.
