I am trying to import a certificate (issued by a Windows 2003 CA) and I'm getting this error:
"Unsupported private key file format."
Any ideas?

The private key file that is generated during
CSR, is not stored on a FTP server automatically, it is stored on the
Appliance itself. Please refer the attached file.

I/m having the same issue trying to use a certificate installed from a w2k3 cert server that our enterprise uses...
same unsupported private key format error.
