I have been charged with supporting the phone systems. I have been adding users via Call Manager and then going to Unity administration to add subscribers for messaging. For the last 2 days when I attempt to log into the Unity server I get the message:
You cannot access the Cisco Unity server
There are too many active sessions
Please try again later
Please see your system administrator for more details.
I am the new administrator. I did check with Unity Tools and found that there are 100 licenses with 87 users.
How can I get access to delete one so I can add one that is a new employee who will be using an existing extension?
