CCM Upgrade 4.x to 5.x (JTAPI and RM converted improperly)

I just finished CCM upgrade from 4.x to 5.x. It converted my JTAPI and RM users into a standard user and not an application user. The problem is that when I setup UCCX 5.x, it will not take the accounts because they are not application users. How to I change these accounts so I don't have to re-input all of the devices etc...?

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm in the process of upgrading from 4.2.3 to 7.0.2 and I don't want to have to reassoicate all the agent phones if I don't have to...

Sorry to say you get to rebuild this.

Also be advised that DMA contains a bug currently which will cause all end users to loose their IPCC Extension assignments. You will also need to re-assign them to the end user accounts once you have completed the CCX initial configuration.

The DMA bug is supposed to be fixed in UCM 7.1.
