CCM 3.3(4) Upgrade to 4.1(3) missing data

Hi all,

Recently I have upgraded from ccm 3.3(4) to 4.1(3). However I observed that some datas were missing in the 4.1(3) Upgrade.

in the 3.3(4) I had 6 device pools but in the 4.1(3) I only have 3 device pools.

All the phones in the missing 3 device pools are also missing.

What can I do to resolve this.

I have this problem too.

To resolve the issue so that the Cisco CallManager upgrade can proceed as scheduled, perform these steps:

Open DC Directory Administrator.

Go to > CCN > System Profile.

On the right side window, double-click System Profile.

Go to the Cisco CallManager Configuration tab and change the User Search attribute from nothing to mail.

Run the health check again. All error messages should be clear.
