device in common services but not campus

I have a few devices that are configured correctly for discover to occur. For some reason they aren't showing up in Campus though. I checked Common Services and there they are. What could cause this and how do I fix it?

Please disregard this posting. I'm not sure why it posted in the incorrect forum.

I have this problem too.

by common services are you asking about RME? If it is you can export the devices from the RME database and then reimport them to the Campus manager
