Adding/Modifying Soft keys - HLog softkey

I am trying to enable the HLog softkey on the phones with CUCM 6.0(1). I am unable to get it to show up even if I create a new softkey template and then add all the deaults underneath the Cisco Call Manager application. Anyone add/modify keys? Anyway to just go in there and specifiy what actual keys you want?

Make sure they are part of a Line Group and Logged Into Hunt Group is checked.
