We have migrated the unity server 4.2 from one domain to another domain. I did as per cisco docs and backup the unity using DIRT.
I then uninstalled unity and joined ot the new domain and reinstalled a new fresh version
I restored the unity from DIRT but I have a problem which is unity is not delivering the messages and moving them to the fialed folder under UnityMTA.
I checked the event log and I get the Unity_UMR Event ID 113
Message from an unidentified caller ()
to recipient could not be delivered [Error:80040920]. It was moved to the failed directory. This can occur for several reasons: the recipient mailbox may be disabled or inaccessible, Cisco Unity may be having trouble connecting with the partner server, or the Cisco Unity messaging component may not be properly configured. I tried to rerun the permission wizard and store wizard and still same issue.
