SRST problem dialing ACD Option

I need Help with SRST services. When the service is up I can make external calls without any problem but if the call is to any ACD service I can't dial any option, any sugestion?

make sure you have configured queue service .

Hi..

What IOS are you running on your gateway?

Would have to see your config.. but it sounds like it is a DTMF relay issue. Have you got this enabled on your H323 SRST dial peers?

I have seen a bug, where DTMF tones are not passed by the router.. would be worth searching the bug tool for your particular release.
