Unity Connection 2.0 Locale issue

Guys

Anyone had an issue trying to add a local to Unity Connection 2.0 in the UCM6BE setup.

I cant seem to add the GB locale, the file starts untarring but then i get an error. Sory cant be more specific but that all its says, error and asks if I want to install another, so not much info I am afraid

The UC6 locales were ok just the Connections wont open

Local I am trying is uc-locale-en_GB-6.0.1.0-337.cop.sgn

Im havinf the same issue with stand alone UC 2.X

maybe you're hitting this bug

CSCsi57553 - "Localization install does not mention CuCsMgr/CuMixer should be stopped"

You need to stop the Connection Mixer (CuMixer) and the Connection

Conversation Manager (CuCsMgr) and then complete the locale install.

Useful commands:

Utils service list

Utils service stop/start
