ISDN testing

My 1761 router gets reboot while testing an ISDN line. I am using IOS, "flash:c1700-advsecurityk9-mz.124-1c.bin"

Pls. suggest the possible solutions.

Hi Pandya ,

Can you paste the "show-tech" output of the router.

If possible steps which you are following to test the isdn line.

and "show isdn active " & "show isdn history".

What was the status of ISDN call once the router was booted..

The show version is pretty normal and shows that the router started from a power on. If the router is rebooting when you test ISDN it would be helpful to get a show version after that reboot since it is likely to contain helpful information about the cause of the reboot.

I will also note that the code that you are running is pretty old code. While I can not point at a particular code problem at this point, I would suggest that it might be helpful to upgrade to more recent code in which there are many bug fixes as compared to the code version that you are running.
