Does anyone know if Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 6.x can do paging directly to the phones? This would be direct paging, no third party Bogen or anything like that. I can't find anything online about it.

It does not have this feautre natively. There are several third party applicaions, most known one is Berbee InformaCast.
