Question is simple, we have authentication through preshared password fopr phase 1 , like wise can we have a separate preshared password for phase 2.

PSK is a group-authentication material. Can be used in ipsec-ra and ipsec-l2l tunnels. And only 1 PSK can be assigned to a tunnel-group. But you can strenghten Authentication phase by adding user authentication to an internal RADIUS.
