Error on Cisco 4006

I'm seeing the following two errors in my CAT 4006 running 8.1.2, anyone know how to fix this without rebooting the switch?

Your system is running out of processes, perhaps you have a memory leak.

Before rebooting contact TAC and issue a 'show tech-support' to capture vital information.

A reload will probably fix it and if the code is really old upgrade that to new code.

Thanks guys.Reload has fixed the problem but i think this was due to the security scanning.
