Unable to launch ASDM "no trusted certificate found" message

Hi all,

I am trying to run the ASDM on a Windows XP machine but I am getting the following error:

"Unable to lauch ASDM from 170.55.27.140

No trusted certificate found"

I cannot figured out what's wrong here, have anyone seen this error before?

Make sure that the particular sites (pix/asa) device IP address as trusted sites list in your windows IE or browser which you are using. Or you missed to configure the IP address 170.55.27.140 in the PIX/ASA confiuration like "http 170.55.27.140 outside" in order to access the PIX/ASA from the particular network.
