Using ICM 7.1.5, CTIOS, IPIVR. System IPCC configuration in Enterprise environment. Duplexed system for redundancy.
After timer of 7200 - agents are not being automatically logged out. I reduced timer to 7000 - still won't work.
after many tries - if I bring it down to say, 180 - it works - but not long enough for a production environment.
Any thoughts? I can't figure out why it won't log the agents off.

This can happen when the Agent Desktop Settings are not taking effect. You an probably remove these and try readding the same.

I am unsure of the last sentence... Delete, and rebuild the desktop settings?

Not at first, set one agent to the Default desk setting and save. Then change them to your actual desk setting and test.
