3750 Switch stack problems

I am unable to get switch's in a stack. I have upgraded the IOS on each switch individually I have tried rebooting erasing the config and all.

Switch 2,3,4, come up as provisioned with quad 4 0000.0000.0000.0000 mac address's Does any one have any ideals?

I have tried changing the priority and it does not even see the 2cd third or fourth switch Cabling with the stack wise cables are correct

I am running c3750-advipservicesk9-tar.122-25.SEE4.tar on all 4 switch's

1. Disconnect all the stackwise cables and bring each of them up individually.

2. Try deleting the old image if you have not already done so from each switch.

3. Erase config and bring them up individually one more time.

4. Connect stackwise cables and bring them up together.

5. TFTP config back on.
