Outbound calls on video enabled phone not working

I am installing VT Advandage on a few phones on a brand new 4.1.3 CCM environment. I have done this several times and I have never seen this problem before.


When I enable video on a phone, I can no longer make outbound calls to the PSTN. If I disable the video capability, calls complete on the PSTN as normal.


Any suggestions? Could this be an ACL issue on the gateway?
