Verify that the UDP name is unique, that it does not already exist. For example if you are using numerics for UDPs, then search device profiles for this same profile name.

Check your CSV File, I have n noticed lately that the column headers have a space before the first letter. This throws off the entire import then.
Also, do a double check. Open the CSV file in notepad, count the commas and fields. It should add up to 36 I believe. If you see commas missing, that is why.
YOu may also have to use the device format as SEP001D45B5E7D9

Thanks, Tommer. I actually tried to add 10 phones/users, only the 1st failed with the above error msg.

Yeah, the device name is not unique or it is not the correct format. Also make sure the UDP was already created. If it's not created, then you cant associated it to the line, etc.
