Catalyst 2900XL and Xyplex 1600 terminal server - help

Hi, I bought Xyplex terminal server recently. My problem is that I can't connect to my switches - Catalyst 2900XL - with routers there is no problem. I found this web page:

but unfortunately pinout found there also doesn't work for me.

Does anybody have this working? Thanks in advance for any info.

Can you change the flow control on the Xyplex?

I was trying with enabled and disabled flow control on Xyplex, but it didn't change anything.

My 'base' Xyplex configuration I downloaded from:

http://www.gno.org/~gdr/xyplex/init-commands.txt

It's a bit confusing, why all of my routers work and switches don't..
