CUCM6.0 integration problem with CCX5.0.1-premium--CTI route points not cre

We are trying to integrate the CCM6.0 & CCX5.0 through CM telephony triggers on CRS, but its giving an error " FAILED TO CREATE CTI RROUTE POINT ON UNIFIED CM".

Done basic config : Application,call control group, CM tele provides before that CM config at CRS application. Also application & end users with proper roles at CCM6.0.

Even though its giving the same error.

Pls any one send the solution for the same immeditely.
