Here is my config... Can anyone see why this would not work. IOS is 12.4, SRST is 3.3

i believe you need to define "max-ephones" and "max-dn" under telephony service.
here is a working config.
call-manager-fallback
secondary-dialtone 9
max-conferences 6 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
ip source-address 10.229.129.2 port 2000
max-ephones 30
max-dn 64
dialplan-pattern 1 .......... extension-length 4
transfer-pattern 9T

After it is configured on the router, you have to configure it on CUCM. Setup the SRST profile, add it to the device profile you want. Reset and reboot all devices in that device profile. This will then push out the SRST information to the IP phones. When the connection is lost to CUCM at the IP phone, it will have the SRST information on the device and fail to the router configured in the SRST profile.
