We are going to set up ipv6 over ipv4 connections by 6to4 tunnel. It's neccessary to update our current switches.
Now I just got to know that cat4500 with Sup5 and cat6500 with Sup32/Sup720 support ipv6 routing, and do they support 6to4 tunnel? And do they support netflow v5 v9?

Both switches support netflow.
4500:
NetFlow functionality is embedded in the supervisor engine itself.
6500:
NDE collects statistics globally from traffic that flows through the switch and stores the statistics in the NetFlow table

You can use Cisco Feature Navigator to find this out: http://www.cisco.com/go/fn
In this case choose "Search by Feature", add "IPv6 Tunneling: Automatic 6to4 Tunnels" and "netflow", choose your platform and the relevant releases will be shown.

The Sup32 and Sup720 support 6to4 tunneling in hardware, but no supervisor for the 4500 will.
