CAD outbound call stays active after conversation is finished and droped

I am using the IPCCE 7.1(5) with CCM 5.1(3) and CAD 7.1(2).

I have the following problem related to CAD:

When I make the outbound call (it is the same with outbound campaign calls) to outside the company number, after i finish the conversation i can not close (end) the call. If the other side ends the call, IP Communicator drop the call normaly, but in CAD the call stays on the screen, although the CAD goes to ready/not ready state as it must be.

All this works with internal numbers.

I will appriciate any help?

Few questions to narrow the problem

- Is this an intermittent problem or with all calls at all times

- Any other non-CAD outbound calls behave the same

- Any other CAD user from an alternate Location/Gateway has the the same problem

Hi Sam,

- This happens all the time with some type of calls. Explanation:

I have voip, gsm gateways and E1 type of calls. This happens avery time i make calls to the voip providers and with gsm gateways. For E1 calls there is one difference: calls are droped after 30 sec.

- This problem occurs only in CAD

- The location is only one

I also use IP-to-IP gateway.
