My client wants to purchase 3 more t1's. So total 4 t1's. Will the 1760 handle this. I see on the 1760 that the ports have 2 wic/vic slots and 2 vic only slots. Can i put 4 data T1's??? is this possible?

The Cisco 1700 routers support up to two full T1/E1 or fractional data services per system. Either two single-port T1/E1 VWICs or one dual-port T1/E1 VWIC can be used to achieve maximum bandwidth.

Hi,
It says from this link that it "Supports VICs with two ports per card; supports any combination of up to two WICs or VICs" http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps221/products_data_sheet09186a00800920f2.html#40251
This means you can put maximum "2 x WIC-2T - Two-port serial, async and sync (T1/E1)"
BTW, the router is EOL. You may need to plan for technology refresh. A 1841 Modular Router is the minimum replacement.
