CAD outbound call stays active after conversation is finished and droped

I am using the IPCCE 7.1(5) with CCM 5.1(3) and CAD 7.1(2).

I have the following problem related to CAD:

When I make the outbound call (it is the same with outbound campaign calls) to outside the company number, after i finish the conversation i can not close (end) the call. If the other side ends the call, IP Communicator drop the call normaly, but in CAD the call stays on the screen, although the CAD goes to ready/not ready state as it must be.

All this works with internal numbers.

I will appriciate any help?
