IPCCX Abandoned call

How do I (can I)alter the time at which a call is regarded as 'abandoned' for the purposes of historical reporting. i.e if a caller is serviced satisfactorily by a welcome announcement and then hangs up before queueing to any CSQ, its not really an abandoned call but it shows up as such. IPCCX V4

you can use the set contact info step, and mark the call as handled.
