Dec 12th, 2007

I've noticed that in newer IOSs(i'm on a 7204 with 12.4(13d)) that copying configs to and from the router via xmodem are no longer there a reason for this? Putting a config to a device via xmodem was super convienient...

I have this problem too.

I don't have the option in any 7200 series, but it available on other platforms.

1200-series APs running 12.4 do not allow xmodem either.

Thats really odd. So you have some other 12.4 routers (non7200) that do still support xmodem?
