How to delete devices what are not needed

I discovery DANA worldwide with 1110 devices. Noe I need only DANA Europe with 170 devices. I was able to delete it in CS; in CM and in IPM. They still showing up in UTU and DFM. How can I clean this ? Additional I will see the Usernames in UTU ! How can I setup this ?
