First you should verify if the messages that you've received where the sender is outside of your network (ie. someone from yahoo.com or aol.com) has the "X-IronPort-Anti-Spam" header. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can click on "View > Options" and it should display the Internet headers of the message. Near the top you will see something like the following:

X-IronPort-Anti-Spam-Filtered: true
X-IronPort-Anti-Spam-Result: AgAAAAY8YkdA6ba+kmdsb2JhbACQAwEBAQEHAgYTFpk/

If you don't see those headers, you would need to investigate if your licenses have expired or not. Also, it may be possible that this mail did not go through the Ironport appliance. If this is the case, you need to examine the Received headers and see what the mail flow is.

If you do see the headers, you may want to contact Customer Support and provide Support with the Internet header information and they can assist you further.

What happen, I upgrade our ironport Async OS from 5.1.2 to 5.5.1-010 and applience beging to deliver spam messages. Everything is the same with configuration.Any idea what happen?
