WPA without RADIUS on CISCO Aironet 1130AG

Hi, I have a CISCO Aironet 1130AG and I want to secure it with a WPA key without Radius server

How can I acheive that ?

Thanks it work well but I got another problem

Once connected to AP Cisco Aironet I can't get an IP from my DHCP server.

How can I set it ?
