Is it possible to obtain a report from either CCM or Unified Operations Manager listing MOS scores by device?
We running CCM 4.2(3)SR1 and CUOM 1.1

You can see the MOS score in the CDR dump file from the CAR.
Also you can check the MOS score for any active call by pressing "i" twice on the phone.
