911 calls - how to conference in a 3rd party

i have seen on other phone systems where if a party dials 911, not only will it dial 911, it will conference in a 3rd party (ie the receptionist). Does anyone have an idea as to how this can be done in CM 4.2(3)?

Conference feature is per CCM system side. I think you may be able to conference in the folks on different CCM systems, however, when new conference calls initiated by those folks conferenced in will be controlled by that CCM system, not the same CCM system that the call is originated from. Be careful with this type of conference, as conference is g711 only, thought it can be daisy chained, make sure the connectively/calls between multiple sites are there.

thanks for the response. We only have one CCM system, all of our locations go through that centeral system.

So it sound like this is possible, how would i set that up in CCM?
