I Configure a "One Button Login" and the agents can login without any issue using this URL:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp

My Issue ,the agents have CIPC v 2.0.2 can change the state to "Ready" or "Not Ready" but the Agents have CIPC V 2.1.2 they are not able to update the state to "Ready" and CIPC give this message "Host not found".

any advice ?

I cant replace CIPC 2.0.2 to 2.1.2 since I use Vista
