CCM 4.2 and CCME unity express issue

Hi


we have a CCM 4.2 and CCME standalone in one site.

conferencing and transcoding are working fine.

but when a call comes from one region

and hits to voicemail its giving busy tone.i think its because unity wont accept G729 codec.

but already transcoding is been configured.

we need to configure any other options ?

Manoj,

Make sure that you also have the following configured.


router(config)#voice service voip

router(conf-voi-serv)#allow-connections h323 to sip
