how do I configure attendant console to route to voice mail

Hi,

hope someone can help.

have set up attendant console successfully in CCM 5.1, however, I try to add the voice mail pilot number to the hunt group and the option is not there to add the number.

any ideas please?

Hi Norm,

What people normally do is create either a Dummy DN or a CTI port with a DN that is set to CallForwardAll to voicemail, then this newly created DN should be available to be added as the "Always Route Member" as you desire :)
