User cannot leave voice mail.

I am able to dial the voice mail extension/number from inside and outside to get into the mailbox.

Services and messages button work and user is able to configure their own voice mail setting.

Use CME version 4.1, call-forward noan and call-forward busy directed to voice mail extension but it seem like CME and CUE break connection.

User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout and busy.

Your help will be much appreciated!

How did you define your E164 on your CUE, internal 4 digit extension or full DID number?

Hi rajeshrevuru, thank you very much. I am not sure is it a bug or not? I cannot have the dial-peer destination pattern number to be the exact 3 digits extension for the voicemail pilot number. Solved by using 3.. instead of 349.
