I have a customer with CallManager Business Edition. We are experiencing a random issue where if you are leaving someone a message, about 15 seconds into the message you will start hearing a random noise, similar to that of a modem. It is semi-repeatable; that is when the customer tries, he dials *2552 (2552 being his extension and *XXXX being the transfer directly to VM pattern) and he can repeat the problem every time. However, when I call him and leave a message directly, I hear nothing. Please start me in the right direction, or at least let me know what I can tell TAC.
