How do I prevent duplicate notification of new voicemail

Hi all,

I'm using Cisco Unity Connection version: 1.2(1)

When my users get a new voicemail, they get an email that tells them the calling number etc. The problem is when they listen to the voicemail, if they do not save or delete, but just hangup, the red message light comes back on and they get another email notification. Is there a way to prevent this?



I have this problem too.
