I have seeing in several examples that VLANs already have IP assigned, but I don't see how this happen

Can you provide a particular example ? An administrator must manually enter an IP under the interface, it does not happen automatically.

Thanks for your fast post.I am practicing for my CCNA test, in that process I realize some examples work with VLANs with ip assigned but never saw when it happen they are books examples so basically I can not provide particular examples other than academics.

Perhaps the book is skipping the configuration step in order to get to the point they are trying to make a bit faster ...
