Do you get the error when you input username & password or even before that?

What URL exactly are you typing in to IE to access ciscopca?

What error are you getting. it matters.

In all docs it says to type ciscocpa

I am searching for the doc that you saw now.

Anyway did you see your error and that it could be jakarta?

In version 3.1 and earlier, the Cisco Unity Assistant was known as the ActiveAssistant, or AA; the Cisco Unity Inbox was known as the Visual Messaging Interface, or VMI. Subscribers who use the following ActiveAssistant URLs will be automatically redirected to the Cisco PCA website:

Likewise, subscribers who use http:///web/vmi will also be automatically redirected to the Cisco PCA website.

btw thankyou for providing the doc

Hi again,

I was just typing. the web/vmi does redirect however this is a leftover from a long long time ago.

It is better to give the subscribers the ciscopca url

mohammednw Mon, 12/17/2007 - 08:11

thats correct......

i was trying myself before i do install it in the production environment....

i tried almost everything i can so even idid try the web/vmi....

its like u leave no stone unturned when u r in real trouble...

anyways ur doc seems helpful... i will try it this evening.....
