Fail to edit "User Option" with GUI

Hi,

I had EM feature on my CCME system,version 4.2 It really did work.However,user of each phone cann't edit his option ,such as speeddial&PIN,with GUI.When press the "Change" button,it prompts an error saying"Configuration change failed.Please report the following error:Invalid ITS command option.It's really a big problem that all phone options have to be done by CLI.

I'm afraid the cause is from EM feature,for phone option can be changed without EM enabled.

Anyone who can give some idea about this situation? Thanks

Did you attempt to delete an epone? I suggest you add the extension via the CLI.

Hi,

first step, if not already so, upgrade to 12.4(11)XW5 and try again.

If still the problem, you will need to open a case with the TAC for a bug to be open.
