For PA-MC-8TE1+= port adapter, can anyone confirm the correct cable is CAB-E1-RJ45BNC= (description: E1 Cable RJ45 to dual BNC (unbalanced), Spare)?

If you are going to a 75 Ohm circuit using BNC, yes.

Hi,
The PA-MC-8TE1+ port adapter uses shielded twisted-pair cables with RJ-48C connectors to connect to a PBX or to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
