Hi,
I have CCM 4.1(3).
While ading the user we have to enter the PIN as combination of 5 or more numerics. Minimum length of PIN field is 5 digits.
Can we change the length of this PIN field to minimum 6 digits ?
If 'Yes', what would be impact on the cluster or any user.
Need help urgently.

Hi Hemant,
Here is a good Cisco tech note that describes the process required to change the minimum Pin length;
DC Directory: Modify the Default User PIN and Password Length
From this good doc;
Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
Information provided sounds very good and useful !
Now i can change the minimum length of the PIN.
But i have IPCC express integrated with CCM.
Also there are some System users created like administrator, JTAPI etc.For these users as well as all the users which are previously created, PIN is of 5 digits.
Will changing the minimum length of PIN , affect IPCC express or CCM cluster or any user previously created ?
