SDM on 2811 broken

After upgrading my ISO software I can no longer get in to the SDM to do monitoring, the CLI works great. Reinstalled SDM still no help.

When I try to access SDM I get prompted for login and after login I get this page http://X.X.X.X/archive/flash:home/html/home_aux.shtml and it says page cannot be displayed.

I have confirmed by rolling back to previous IOS that this is a version issue. Is the SDM not supported in new IOS verisons? If so what do I need to go to get it working?
