RTMT displaying incorrect data

We are running CCM 4.1(3) SR3. The issue is - I can see about 193 registered phones in RTMT whereas in CCM administration I have counted approx 220 live phones. ( left out the not registerd, not found ones). Is it hitting some bug??

Can you go into the Services page of your system, and take a look at the Cisco RIS Data Collector? What is its Startup Type and is it started? It should be set to Automatic and it should be started.

Thanks for the reply, I checked RIS service, it's started & start-up type is automatic.
